A group of juniors take the ACT today in the auditorium. The auditorium will be off limits. Areas surrounding the auditorium are to be kept quiet. Bells and intercoms will be off until testing is complete. ANY student that has a locker near the auditorium needs to get their materials for 1st-5th periods at this time. These lockers will be inaccessible during testing.  


Prom attendees - (date approval forms) - See Ms. Whitt


Any Senior FBLA member wishing to purchase a cord should bring $18.00 to Mrs. Tanner by April 11.


Any seniors who are members of the National English Honor’s Society should pay $15 by April 11 for their medal to be worn with caps and gowns. If the $15 is not paid by the date a medal will not be ordered.


Reminder to students - periodically that their vehicles, lockers, etc. are subject to being searched at any time.  Law enforcement and drug dogs will be used during searches. Disciplinary actions will be taken for violations.  Arrests will be made for criminal violations.


Seniors, the NBHS Alumni Scholarship is now available. There will be FOUR scholarships awarded to NB Seniors. Please complete an application and turn it into Mrs. Bourne by April 13th.


The Coffee County Retired Teachers Association is offering a $1,000 scholarship to students who plan to pursue an education degree. See Mrs. Bourne for an application. The deadline is April 6th.


The Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the Class of 2018 will be announced on April 6th. Final class rankings will also be announced at this time.
