"If life isn't fun, then you're doing it wrong."

Greetings to All,

I was born and raised a farm girl from Enterprise,Alabama...

I will skip everything from birth to college graduation and start back here... Currently, I am married to a wonderful man, and I am a mother to a fantastic daughter!

I spend a lot of time playing my violin and cello (every day),

and I try to paint a

few watercolor paintings a month. (I like to paint fish and horses and whimsical anything.)I completed these this summer.

And here are some oldies but goodies I recreated based on another artist's work...

I enjoy journaling daily and studying and researching whatever I can find, and I especially love taking pictures of nature. Learning something new seems to be an addicton of mine. I also speak Norwegian (Bokmål)- fair enough proof that I will learn anything!

I love the beach! I go there just about every free chance I get. If you see some large, crazy sand art on the beach, there is a good chance I did it. And it is definitely possible to see me until the wee hours of the night building sand castles on the beach.

Odd fact: I teach English, but my favorite subject is chemistry.

This year I plan to start showing horses again. I have taken some time off, and I can't wait to get into the show ring.
