I am beginning my 16th year in education. I have taught grades 10, 11, 12, AP Language, and AP Literature. I have always enjoyed reading and the English language, so I knew early on that this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. While at NBHS I will be teaching ELA 12, honors ELA 12, and ELA 10. I am also the NBMS Cheer Coach. My husband, Jason Barnett, is the head football coach for NBHS; our oldest, Cade, is a sophomore at the University of West Georgia; Emma is an 8th grader at Excel School; Kinleigh will be in 7th grade at NBMS; our youngest, Brice, is entering Kindergarten at NBES. If we aren't at the football field, we are usually on the road supporting our children's extracurricular activities. We are loving this community and can't wait to see all the great things to come!
